1. If required, click on the Home button. 

2. Next, you need to press on the Wi-Fi icon.

3. You will see two options there, Wi-Fi recommended or Wi-Fi Direct. 

4. Select Wi-Fi (Recommended) in the next step. 

5. Now, choose either Start Setup or Change Settings.

6. Eventually, you need to select Wi-Fi Setup Wizard.

7. You can select your wireless network name or choose to Enter Manually to type your network name manually. (Use the keypad displayed to type in the name of your network).

8. Choose the field Password and type the password for your wireless network. 

   1. Use left or right arrows to move the cursor on the screen.

   2. Press the Up arrow to change the case of letters.

   3. Click on the Cross button to delete the previous character.

   4. Hit on 123# to type numbers and symbols.

   5. Press the button Space to enter a space.

9. Once you have finished typing the password, click on OK.

10. Now, you will need to confirm the displayed network settings.

11. Next, click Start Setup to save all the settings.

12. Choose Print Check Report if you want a network setup report, and select OK otherwise. 

13. Lastly, exit from the windows by pressing the Home button. 

Once you have completed the above-mentioned steps, you will see the Wi-Fi icon on your screen.

How to Add Epson Wireless Printer to Windows? 

Connecting the printer to the network is essential before using the printer from a computer (Windows 11/10/8/7.) Perform the initial setup and network setup instructions as provided in the manual of your Epson wireless printer. 

1. The first thing you need is to turn on the printer.

2. Visit the Epson official website and download and install Epson Connect Printer Setup. (while downloading, ensure to install the Windows version of the application). 

3. After that, search for printers automatically.

4. Then, choose your printer available list and click Next.

5. In the next step, select Printer Registration and click Next, later. 

6. Once the License Agreement is displayed, click on Agree > Next.

7. Test by loading the paper into your device and then click OK. 

8. Now, follow the on-screen instruction to enter the INFO.

How to Connect Epson Wireless Printer to Mac?

Connect your Epson printer to your Mac and print reliably. Before connecting the device, you must download the Setup Utility and drivers from the support page of Epson. Know the steps to download the driver through the video below. 

Let’s go to the steps to connect the Epson wireless printer to a Mac computer.  

1. Begin by first visiting the official website of Epson.

2. Download the Epson Connect Setup Utility from there.

3. Next, double-click on the downloaded utility.

4. After that, press the Continue button.

5. Continue to the next step once you see the Software License agreement. 

6. Please tap on the checkbox, and I Accept.

7. Then, you have to hit the Proceed button. 

8. Click on the Install button and close it then.

9. Discover the printer and select.

10. After that, click Next after that.

11. In case the window doesn’t open automatically, open Finder.

12. Now, select Program & EPSON Apps.

13. When you see the Epson Connect Printer Setup button, double-click on it. 

14. In the next step, click Continue.

15. Select the Printer Registration option and tap on the Next button. 

16. Choose the Okay button when your Mac shows Register a Printer to Epson Connect.
